Refund & Returns Overview The Netherlands
IF YOU HAVE RESIDENCE IN THE NETHERLANDS, THE FOLLOWING CLAUSES WILL BE APPLIED:
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.6 Return the item in its original condition: This means that you may only handle and inspect the item in order to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item as you would be allowed to do in a physical shop. if the item you return does not match its original condition, we reserve the right to reject the (full) refund. You will be notified if the returned product(s) cannot be accepted due to failure to comply with the conditions set out above. In this case, you may choose to have the products returned to you at your own expense. If you refuse this delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and charge a depreciation fee for the loss of value of the item. The amount paid by you minus the deprecation fee, will be refunded.
1.7. Items must be returned in their original packaging with the swing tags attached. Please note that we reserve the right to reject the refund in some cases if the package is damage and could have been opened without any damage (OPTIONAL: or if the package is opened of an item of which the package provides sufficient information on the packaging of its features, specifics and nature for you to assess if the item meets your needs [e.g. PLEASE PROVIDE EXAMPLE]) (OPTIONAL: Or if the seal is broken of a sealed item).
1.8 Shoe boxes and jewellery boxes are considered an intrinsic part to the product and should be protected and returned undamaged. Damage to the box will render the goods ineligible for a full refund. In this case, you may choose to have the products returned to you at your own expense. If you refuse this delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and charge a depreciation fee for the loss of value of the item. The amount paid by you minus the deprecation fee, will be refunded.
1.11 and 1.12 Vivienne Westwood Limited or Vivienne Westwood Italia s.r.l. does not take responsibility for damage that occurs during the return process, unless Vienne Westwood initiated the pick up of the return by the carrier; please ensure that the goods are well protected when returned to us.
1.15 If you have met all the conditions requested, the Vendor will refund you the price of the products purchased. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted due to failure to comply with the conditions set out above. 6. FAULTY ITEMS
6.2 letter c Up to 1 year: if your Goods present a fault which would have existed at the point of purchase, we will offer a free repair, replacement, refund or credit note at our discretion. Once we have received the faulty item, we will carry out a thorough investigation and contact you with our outcome. After 1 year from the date of receipt, you will be obliged to provide sufficient proof that the fault would have existed at the point of purchase.
