IF YOU HAVE RESIDENCE IN THE CZECH REPUBLIC, THE FOLLOWING CLAUSES WILL BE APPLIED:

Vivienne Westwood Limited or Vivienne Westwood  s.r.l. (the "Vendor") aims to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you have, in addition to the statutory option to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) calendar days (which is specified in section 1.17 below), the right to return the product within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of purchase at www.viviennewestwood.com., i.e., after the period of 14 days from acceptance of the goods has elapsed).

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

You have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from acceptance of the product without the need of any justification.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary for you to notify the Vendor of the decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement or instance by the following means:

Please note that we do not accept returns of goods in sealed packaging, which, for health or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return after the seal has been broken.
In the event of withdrawal, the Vendor shall return to you all payments received after the purchase, including shipping costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method different from the least expensive delivery method offered), without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days, from the date you inform us of the decision to withdraw from the contract.
We will proceed to make this reimbursement using the same method of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
We may may withhold reimbursement until the products have been received or until proof of their return has been presented.
You must return or deliver the goods directly without undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract, preferably using the pre-paid returns label provided.
If you will not use provided the pre-paid returns label, returns must be sent to our returns center at the following address:

This return will be made under your responsibility and at your expense.

Items shall be returned preferably in their original packaging with the swing tags attached.
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, you will only be responsible for any decrease in the value of the products resulting from handling them other than that necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or operation.
6. FAULTY ITEMS

6.2 We are under a legal duty to supply Goods that are in conformity with this contract and the applicable legislation and regulations where necessary. See the box below for a summary of your key legal rights in relation to the faulty products. Nothing in these terms will affect your legal rights (for reference see rights from defective performance under Czech law outlined in Article 3 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale – Guarantees and Product Price Indication) in the Localization Part – CZECH REPUBLIC.
