Refund & Returns Overview Finland

 IF YOU HAVE RESIDENCE IN FINLAND, THE FOLLOWING CLAUSES WILL BE APPLIED:

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

Clause 1.15 is integrate as follow:

If you decide to return the product, the Vendor will refund the costs incurred in the purchase, including shipping costs. You will instead be charged for the return costs.

6. FAULTY ITEMS

6.2 letter b.  you must notify the Vendor on any defects or faults within reasonable time, when you noticed, or you should have noticed the defect or fault. However, you have up to two (2) months to notify Vendor to maintain your full rights. If you do not notify Vendor within reasonable time, you can no longer make such a claim on the defects in the product. This does not limit your mandatory rights in cases where Vendor has acted with gross negligence, or the defect would create a risk for health or property .

c. up to 1 year: if your Goods contain a defect or a fault which is deemed to have existed at the point of purchase, we will offer a refund or credit note at our discretion. Once we have received the faulty item, we will carry out a thorough investigation and contact you with our conclusions. After 1 year from the date of receipt of the delivery, you will be obliged to provide sufficient proof that the fault would have existed at the point of purchase.
