1.1 Please note that we do not accept returns of perfume, earrings, swimwear, or underwear for hygienic reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
1.2 You must return your selected product(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery.
1.3 All products returned must include the completed return form documentation provided with your delivery.
1.4 Your delivered parcel will also include a pre-paid returns label, generated with the assigned parcel carrier. All returned parcels must have the pre-paid returns label affixed to your parcel for acceptance.
1.5 Vivienne Westwood Limited or Vivienne Westwood Italia s.r.l. will only accept returns received through the authorised returns process specified, using the pre-paid returns label provided. Any returns received independently or outside of our returns process will not be accepted.
1.6 Return the item in its original condition: if the item you return does not match its original condition, we reserve the right to reject the refund and the item will be returned to you.
1.7 Items must be returned in their original packaging with the swing tags attached.
1.8 Shoe boxes and jewellery boxes are considered an intrinsic part to the product and should be protected and returned undamaged. Damage to the box will render the goods ineligible for refund.
1.9 Faulty, defect or missing items must be reported to Customer Services within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. If you return an item that is faulty, the shipping costs will be refunded.
1.10 It is possible to make a return and get a refund, both in the case of damaged products or if the items did not meet your needs, regardless of their quality (for example: wrong size).
1.11 The Vendor does not take responsibility for damage that occurs during the return process; please ensure that the goods are well protected when returned to us.
1.12 The Vendor does not take responsibility for returns lost in transit and therefore provide instruction for returns to be sent using the secure returns label provided.
1.13 Only returns received via the authorised returns process specified will be accepted, using the pre-paid returns label provided. Any returns received independently or outside of our returns process will not be accepted.
1.14 Please note that all refunds for online purchases can only be made through our website. Exchanges are not available for online purchases. Goods bought via the online store cannot be returned to any other Vivienne Westwood store.
1.15 If you have met all the conditions requested, you will be refunded the price of the products purchased. You will be notified if the returned products cannot be accepted due to failure to comply with the conditions set out above. In this case, you may choose to have the products returned to you at your own expense. If you refuse this delivery, the Vendor reserves the right to retain the products and the amount paid for your purchase of the products.
