Refund & Returns Overview Thailand

IF YOU HAVE RESIDENCE IN THAILAND, THE FOLLOWING CLAUSES WILL BE APPLIED:

1. GENERAL INFORMATION

1.2 If you are in Thailand, you can terminate the sale and purchase contract and return your selected product(s) within 30 days from the date of delivery.

5. REFUND

5.1 After the Vendor has received the returned products and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance.
Whatever the form of payment you used (credit/debit card ), the refund procedure will start as soon as possible, at least within fourteen (14) days from when the Vendor was informed of your decision to exercise your right to terminate sale and purchase contract and return the purchased products and once the Vendor has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
