Refund & Returns Overview Spain
IF YOU HAVE RESIDENCE IN SPAIN, THE FOLLOWING CLAUSES WILL BE APPLIED
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.1 Please note that we do not accept returns of perfumes, earrings, swimwear or underwear for reasons of hygiene except in cases where the product is still sealed. This does not affect your statutory rights.
1.12 If you decide to return the product, the Vendor will refund the costs incurred in the purchase, including shipping costs. You will instead be charged for the return costs.

6. FAULTY ITEMS
Clause 6.2 letter c) is replaced by the following Clause:
up to 3 years: we assume that the goods have been defective since the moment of purchase. In these cases, you may obtain the restoration of the conformity of the goods (repair or replacement in accordance with article 127 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws), receive a price reduction, or terminate the contract provided that the remedy chosen is not impossible or imposes disproportionate costs for us. Once we have received the faulty item, we will carry out a thorough investigation and contact you with our outcome. After 3 years from the date of receipt, you will be obliged to provide sufficient proof that the fault would have existed at the point of purchase.
