Refund & Returns Overview France
IF YOU HAVE RESIDENCE IN FRANCE, THE FOLLOWING CLAUSES WILL BE APPLIED:
1. GENERAL INFORMATION
1.14 If you want to return the item as per your statutory right to withdraw, you can do so up to fourteen (14) working days from the date of receiving our products please refer to the specific conditions set out in article 7.1 of our Terms and Conditions.
5. REFUND
5.1 After the Vendor has received the returned products and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance. Whatever the form of payment you used (credit/debit card or cash on delivery), the refund procedure will start as soon as possible, at least within fourteen (14) days from when the Vendor was informed of your decision to exercise your right to return the purchased products and once the Vendor has checked that the return was carried out in compliance with the above conditions.
If you returned the product as per your right to withdraw, the refund will be made without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which you informed the Vendor of your decision to withdraw in accordance with the provisions of article 7.1 of our Terms and Conditions. The Vendor may however defer reimbursement until the goods are recovered or until the consumer has provided proof of the dispatch of these goods, the date chosen being that of the first of these events.
6. FAULTY ITEMS
6.2 letter c): up to 2 years: you are only required to establish the existence of the lack of conformity of the good and not the date of its appearance. In these cases, subject to the conditions set out in articles L217-8 to L217-17 of the French Consumer Code, you may obtain the restoration of the conformity of the goods (repair or replacement, provided that the remedy chosen is not impossible or imposes disproportionate costs for us), receive a price reduction, or terminate the contract. Once we have received the faulty item, we will carry out a thorough investigation and contact you with our outcome. After 2 years from the date of receipt, you will be obliged to provide sufficient proof that the fault would have existed at the point of purchase.
