2. Returns/Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items
Procedure for Defective or Incorrect Items
We hope that you love your order when it arrives. However, if you receive a defective item or an item different from what you ordered, the first step is to contact our Customer Service Team.
Step 1: Contact Customer Service
Within 9 days of receiving the product, please contact our Customer Service Team or submit an inquiry via the “Order History” section in your My Page. Please fill in the required information and send your inquiry through the designated form.
For defective Items
Please describe the defective area and nature of the defect in as much detail as possible, including photos and videos showing the defect on the product.
For incorrect Items
Please provide the following information regarding the item you received in error:
- Name of the item
- Product code printed on the hang tag
- Date and order number printed on the delivery note
Step 2: Eligibility Assessment and Return Instructions
After we receive your inquiry, our Customer Service Team will contact you via email to confirm if your return request is accepted and if so, with return instructions. Please do not return any items before receiving instructions from our Customer Service Team. If products are returned without prior contact with our Customer Service Team, or if they are returned before you receive instructions from us by email, we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.
- In the case of a defective item, we will process a return if the item cannot be exchanged for the same item (in the same colour and size).
- In the case of an incorrect item, we will exchange it for the originally ordered product.
Step 3: Return Item
The return address will be provided via email by our Customer Support Team. Please include the delivery note with the return authorization number (as instructed in the email) in the package, and return the item using cash-on-delivery (COD), with shipping costs covered by our company.
Please note that if you return the item at your own expense (prepaid shipping) and not in accordance with our Customer Service Team’s instructions, we will not be able to reimburse the shipping fee. Thank you for your understanding.
After the item is returned
Once the return process has been completed, we will notify you by email at the email address registered at the time of purchase.
Please note that it may take approximately one week after we receive your returned item to complete the refund process. During peak periods such as the end of the month, Golden Week, or year-end holidays, additional time may be required.
When using a promotional code
If a product purchased using a promotional code is returned (e.g. a free shipping code), the refund will only reflect the amount actually paid after the discount. Please note that promotional codes, once used, cannot be reissued or refunded. If your order contained multiple items, the promotional code discount will be allocated proportionally across all items. Your refund will therefore reflect the amount actually paid for the returned item after subtracting its share of the code discount.
