1. Refund & Returns Overview

Returns
We do not accept returns or refunds for reasons attributable to the customer, such as incorrect sizing, differences in color from expectations, or mistaken orders. Please therefore ensure that all order details are correct before completing your purchase. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please refer to the instructions below under “Returns/Exchanges for Defective or Incorrect Items” to proceed with the return or exchange process.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges due to customer preferences (e.g., change of colour or size) after the order is placed. If you wish to receive a different colour or size, please place a new order for the desired item.

No Cooling-Off Period
Online purchases are classified as mail-order sales under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, and therefore the cooling-off period does not apply. However, for your convenience, we allow cancellations within one hour of order completion.

Non-returnable Items
Please note that even in cases of defective items or incorrect deliveries, we cannot accept a return if any of the following conditions apply. Please note these carefully:

  • Items returned after more than 9 days from the delivery date
  • Items that have been used, altered, washed, or cleaned
  • Items with the product tag, price tag, or label removed
  • Items with lost or damaged packaging (bag, box, etc.)
  • Items whose condition upon return (including box or accessories) is significantly different from the condition at delivery
  • Items that have been used beyond trying on
  • Items with odours, stains, scratches, or any damage caused while in the customer’s possession
  • Hygiene-related items, such as accessories, masks, and underwear
