3. Valid Payment Methods

We accept Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB), Cash on Delivery (COD), and Paidy (Buy Now, Pay Later).

■ Cash on Delivery (COD)
Please pay the total amount in cash to the delivery driver upon receipt of your package.
Total Amount = Product Total + Shipping Fee (¥815 tax incl.) + COD Fee (¥440 tax incl.)
 *Shipping is free for orders totaling ¥27,500 (tax incl.) or more.

Please note that you cannot switch to credit card payment at the time of delivery for COD orders.

If the total amount (Product + Shipping cost + Gift Fees) is ¥299,560 (tax incl.) or more, Cash on Delivery cannot be selected. Please select the other available payment.

■ Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards. Please use a card in your own name. 
Accepted Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB

The transaction date recorded will be the shipping date, not the order date. We transmit billing data on the day of shipment. The actual withdrawal date depends on your credit card company's closing date settings; please contact your card issuer directly for details.

Installment Options: You can choose from 1, 3, 5, 6, 10, 12, 15, 18, 20, or 24 installments.

*Transactions may fail if the amount exceeds the card's credit limit set by the card company. If an error occurs, please contact your card issuer.
*We do not recommend using Debit Cards.
*Bonus payments and Revolving payments are not available.
*Entered credit card information is sent securely to the payment processing company; we do not retain your card information.

Regarding Debit and Prepaid Cards: 
We do not recommend using debit or prepaid cards on this site because temporary double withdrawals may occur.

Examples where double withdrawals occur: 

  • Ordering pre-order items
  • Canceling/returning items
  • Changes in purchase amount
  • Ordering during high traffic

If a double withdrawal occurs, the card company will refund the amount, but it may take some time. The refund schedule depends on the financial institution, so please contact the card issuer directly. Please understand this risk before use.

■ Paidy (Buy Now, Pay Later)
Paidy is a service that allows you to pay for your purchases in a lump sum the following month. Paidy will send you a billing notification via email and SMS (text message) between the 1st and 5th of the month following the shipment of your goods. Please follow the instructions to pay via Convenience Store, Bank Transfer, or Auto-Debit.

*Convenience Store: A fee of up to ¥390 (tax incl.) applies. Payment is due by the 27th.

*Bank Transfer: You are responsible for the transfer fee. Payment is due by the 27th.
*Auto-Debit (Account Transfer): No payment fee. The amount is automatically withdrawn on the 27th of the following month (or the next business day if the bank is closed).

If you upgrade to "Paidy Plus" for free, you can use convenient features such as 3-installment or 6-installment plans with no split fees (*1) and budget setting to prevent overspending. (*1) Free only for Bank Transfer and Auto-Debit. 
(*2) 3-installments available for purchases of ¥3,000 or more; 6-installments for ¥6,000 or more.
