2. Changing An Order

You may cancel your order via "My Page" > "Order History" within 1 hour of placing the order. Cancellations cannot be processed after 1 hour has passed. Please be aware of this time limit.

*If the "Cancel Order" button does not appear on the details page, the cancellation window has passed, or shipping preparation has already begun, and the order cannot be canceled.

*Please note that our Customer Center cannot accept cancellation requests manually.

*Orders may be automatically canceled if the order information is incomplete or if there is suspicion of unauthorized use.

*Note on Cooling-Off: As online shopping falls mail-order sales under Japan’s Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, the statutory "Cooling-Off" (unconditional cancellation) period does not apply. However, for your convenience, this site allows cancellations within 1 hour of order completion.
