1. Ordering

FOR REGISTERED USERS

To place an order, you must log in to the site. Please access the "Login" page and enter the email address and password you set during registration. To protect your personal information from third parties, we strongly recommend logging out after you have finished using the site.

FOR FIRST TIME USERS

Membership registration (free) is required to place an order on this site. During new registration, you will be asked to set an email address and password. These will be required for placing orders and changing your account settings in the future.

HOW TO MAKE A PURCHASE
On the product detail page, select your desired size, colour, and quantity, then click the "Add to Cart" button. To proceed with your purchase, please click the "Checkout" button.

Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that the stock is secured.

BILLING AND SHIPPING

If paying by credit card, please use a card issued in your name. Enter your billing information exactly as it is registered with your credit card company. If the registered information differs from the billing information entered, the transaction may be declined. For registered members, the billing address will automatically appear on the billing and shipping page. If you wish to have the item delivered to a location different from your billing address, please enter the destination details in the shipping address section.

ABOUT SHIPPING 
Orders are delivered via Yamato Transport. Delivery is available only within Japan. We will deliver your order on the date and time specified at checkout. If "No Preference" is selected, we will ship the order as soon as it is ready.

Regarding addresses with a history of fraudulent activity: 

If an address has been associated with fraudulent use at our store or other stores in the past, we may refuse the purchase or automatically cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.

SHIPPING FEES

For a single order where the total product price only amounts to JPY27,500 including tax or more, shipping is free.

For a single order where the total product price only amounts to less than JPY 27,500 including tax, a flat shipping fee of JPY815 will apply.

If you place orders under separate order numbers, each order number will be shipped separately. Accordingly, shipping fees and, where payment is made by cash on delivery, the cash on delivery handling fee of JPY440 including tax will be charged for each order number. Thank you for your understanding.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

You can choose from Credit Card, Cash on Delivery (COD), or Paidy (Buy Now, Pay Later). After entering your details, please select "Continue Checkout."

Please note that payment methods cannot be changed after the order has been completed.


CONFIRMING YOUR ORDER

After entering your billing information, please review your order details one last time. To finalize the order, click 'Submit Order.' If you need to make changes, click "Edit" next to the relevant section.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Once your purchase is complete, an "Order Confirmation" page displaying all details will appear. You will also receive an order confirmation email to your registered email address. You can track your order status via "My Account" using the order number included in the email. Additionally, we will send a "Shipping Confirmation" email when your package is dispatched. Once you receive them, you can check the delivery status using the tracking number provided in that email.

SIZING INFORMATION

The size charts on the product detail pages reflect the "actual dimensions" measured from the physical product.
 

GIFT WRAPPING

On this website, we offer gift wrapping with the product price tags removed.

By clicking the “Select gift wrapping” button on the “Delivery Information” input screen, you may choose your preferred gift-wrapping option.

• For each order, one shopping bag made of paper and one message card without printing will be enclosed. 
  *The shopping bag will not be gift wrapped and will be enclosed with the shipment.
  *Please note that we do not accept requests for printed messages on the message card. It will be delivered blank.
• If you purchase multiple items in one order, they will be gift wrapped together. Individual wrapping cannot be accommodated.
  *If you wish to have items wrapped separately, please place separate orders. (Please note that shipping fees and gift wrapping fees will apply to each order number.)
• Purchases of gift kits only and requests to specify the wrapping size cannot be accepted.
  *Depending on the availability of gift kits, the size of the wrapping may be changed.
• In cases where items do not fit into the gift kit or for other reasons, we may, at our discretion, place the shipment on hold.
  All items will be gift wrapped with the price tags removed.
  
  Adding gift wrapping after placing an order
  
  Gift wrapping can only be requested at the time of placing your order.
  
  If you are within the cancellation period, which is within one hour after placing the order, please cancel your order via “My Page” then “Order History”, select gift wrapping, and place a new order.
  *Please note that cancellations cannot be made once the cancellation period has expired.
  
  
  Delivery
  
  It is also possible to deliver the items directly to the recipient.
  
  In that case, please enter the recipient’s address in the delivery address field.
  
  Payment methods
  When using gift wrapping, payment may be made by credit card, cash on delivery, or deferred payment via Paidy.
  
  
  Types of wrapping
  
  The following options are available.
  
  Gift wrapping will be carried out in the most appropriate size depending on the size and shape of the product and whether there is an outer box.
  
  Flat fee: JPY1,980 including tax.
  
  
  Message cards
  
  A message card is included with gift wrapping.
  
  We do not accept requests for printed messages on the message card. It will be delivered blank.
  
  Card size: approximately 6.5 cm in height by 10 cm in width.
