About Gift Wrapping

Your order will be gift wrapped with the price tags removed before delivery.

To request gift wrapping, please select “Add Gift Wrapping” on the delivery information page during checkout.

Please Note

・ One shopping bag and one blank message card will be included with each order.
※The shopping bag will not be included inside the gift wrapping and will be packed separately with your order.
※We are unable to print messages on the message card. It will be provided blank.

・ If multiple items are purchased in a single order, they will be wrapped together. Individual wrapping is not available.
※If you require items to be wrapped separately, please place separate orders. Shipping and gift-wrapping charges apply to each individual order number.
※During the complimentary gift wrapping campaign period, no gift-wrapping fee will be charged.

・ Gift wrapping kits cannot be purchased separately, and requests for specific wrapping sizes cannot be accommodated.

※The size of the gift wrapping may vary depending on availability.

・ If an item does not fit within the available gift wrapping, or for other related reasons, shipment may be placed on hold at our discretion.

Adding Gift Wrapping After Purchase / Returns

・ Gift wrapping can only be requested at the time of purchase.

・ If your order is still within the cancellation period (within one hour of placing the order), please go to “My Account” → “Order History,” cancel your existing order, and place a new order with gift wrapping selected.
※Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once the cancellation period has passed.

・ If you wish to return an item that was purchased with gift wrapping, you must return the complete gift wrapping set together with the item, including all wrapping materials, the shopping bag, and the message card.

・ Please note that the gift wrapping materials cannot be retained separately.
※If multiple items were purchased and you are returning only some of them, you do not need to return the gift wrapping materials. Please return only the items being returned.
