2. Changing Or Cancelling An Order

We do not offer exchanges for any online purchases.
Goods bought via the online store cannot be returned to any other Vivienne Westwood store.

You can cancel the contract with the Vendor, without any penalty and without providing a reason, up to fourteen (14) working days from the date of receiving the Products. It is not possible to return an item in exchange for another. You will then have thirty (30) days to return the Products, and following the provision of Our Return Policy you will recieve a refund within fourteen (14) days, according to the procedure outlined in the Return Policy available here. 

7.2 For details on how to cancel the order, please refer to the Return Policy section. Please read these sections carefully. The information provided forms an integral part of these Conditions and, consequently, shall be deemed to be fully read and accepted by you at the time your order form is sent.

We may end the contract for a Product at any time by writing to you if:
• you do not make any payment to Us when it is due; or
• you do not, within fourteen (14) days of Us asking for it, provide Us with information that is necessary for Us to provide the Products.

On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, our Customer Service team will email you to coordinate the return of your parcel.

Returns will only be accepted if the Returns form that you received with your order is complete with all the requested details. Include the Returns form with your return so we can process your refund promptly. In case you’ve lost the Return form please contact our Customer Service team using the online contact web form HERE, or by emailing customer.service@viviennewestwood.com.

Vivienne Westwood Ltd does not take responsibility for damage that occurs during the return process; please ensure that the goods are well protected when returned to us.

Vivienne Westwood Ltd is not able to accept responsibility for returns lost in transit and therefore provide instruction for returns to be sent using the secure returns label provided.

Vivienne Westwood Ltd will only accept returns received via the authorised returns process specified, using the pre-paid returns label provided.
