The Fabianna Bas Relief earrings reimagine the house’s signature orb motif, featuring a sculpted red enamel heart at the centre, encircled by a silver-tone Saturn ring. Finished with delicate ‘Vivienne Westwood’ engraving at the back, the pair is secured with classic post fittings and a custom orb-shaped butterfly back fastening.
