Here is a list of the most frequently asked questions.
Deliveries of all products will be handled by Yamato Transport (“Yamato”). If Yamato attempts to deliver and you are not in, Yamato will return the products to the warehouse.
Shipping is free for orders over JPY27,500 (tax included) or more (product cost only). For any orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of JPY815 (tax included) will apply.

The standard delivery lead times from our warehouse to each region in Japan are as follows.
- Kanto → Next day
- Kansai → Next day or 2 days
- North Tohoku / Shikoku / Chugoku → 2 days
- Hokkaido / Kyushu → 2–3 days
- Okinawa → 3–5 days or more
