Unique Westwood pattern cutting techniques and fabrics, create looks with an ethereal quality – ‘from another world, sculpted for goddesses’, whilst contemporary exposed corsetry and layered tulle bring a painterly romance to the collection.
The Vivienne Westwood made to order bridal collection for 2022 presents fifteen gowns and nine separate styling pieces, available in a selection of luxurious fabrics and finishings. Environmentally conscious fabric options include an ivory recycled tulle and a viscose – as a vegan alternative to silk and satin.

The Made-to-order collection presents a selection of gowns and separate styling pieces including veils, gloves, trains and boleros in ivory and colour each season. Featuring key design notes of the house the collection uses traditional tailoring techniques, combined with historical and experimental pattern cutting. The collection is designed, sampled and hand-crafted locally in England. Nurturing this truly bespoke craftmanship, Westwood aims to help support and sustain traditional craft and skilled workmanship, and the communities around them.
