Vivienne Westwood launches a flagship destination in China with the opening of the Vivienne Westwood House Beijing. The first of its kind globally, the house presents a unique fusion of fashion, bridal, hospitality and dining in the heart of Beijing’s business district of Huamao. Over four-storeys, the British fashion house has created dynamic retail spaces which host the full Vivienne Westwood collections, a Bridal Salon and experiential elements such as the café and new concept restaurant and bar, the Westwood Club.

The Westwood Club occupies the entire third storey of the house and includes a feature marble bar with a unique golden pattern inflected in the surface. Seating up to 54 guests, the restaurant features banquette seating, dark natural wood and a chef’s table for up to eight guests. Iconic graphics from the Westwood house feature on the walls and complete the design. A full menu service is available and covers European classic dishes fused with local Chinese flavours and techniques. Starters include Grilled Avocado Shrimp Salad, and Burrata ‘Clouds of Summer’. For main dishes diners can sample Beef Wellington or Grilled Salmon, alongside a special pasta course, the menu also includes a full range of side dishes, desserts, and bar snacks. Guests are encouraged to drop by for drinks with a full cocktail menu which features classics as well as cocktails named after famous Vivienne Westwood collections and boutiques.

On the lower-ground floor of the Vivienne Westwood House Beijing sits the first dedicated Bridal Salon in China, presenting the full Made-to-Order Bridal 2026 collection. The intimate salon is a minimalist space designed to complement and contrast the feminine corsetry and opulent bridal collections, which are synonymous with the house. The 2026 Made-to-Order Bridal collection presents fourteen new gowns alongside separates, and accessories – all designed, sampled and handcrafted in England as well as Italy. Brides can book private appointments at the Beijing Huamao flagship for a personalised experience to view and try the full bridal collections via the dedicated WeChat mini programme.

The Vivienne Westwood House Beijing also offers the full Vivienne Westwood collections across womens and menswear, accessories and classic and seasonal jewellery collections. The retail space of the house is presented in the brand’s global store concept, which reflects Westwood’s distinct DNA. Raw industrial and sustainable materials create a DIY look, united with iconic elements of the house, creating a space designed to complement and contrast with the avant-garde creations of the design house. The site is completed with the Vivienne Westwood Café situated at ground level serving a selection of takeout beverages and snacks.
