EXTENDED RETURNS PERIOD

Enjoy extended returns during the holiday season. Orders placed from Monday 20th November 2023 will include extended complimentary returns until Friday 9th January 2024. 

Items purchased as Christmas gifts from 20th November may be returned for a refund or credit note, if in sellable condition, with proof of purchase, up to 9th January 2024 (inclusive). 

For hygiene reasons earrings, underwear, beachwear, headwear, and face masks cannot be returned.   

Credit notes issued by Vivienne Westwood online boutique can be redeemed on the website only and will be issued according to the region of the original purchase.  

This does not affect your statutory rights.
