Inspired by the iconic Bird of Paradise dress from the Spring-Summer 2005 Gold Label show, ‘Ultra Femininity,’ the Federica evokes the grandeur of the Baroque era. The design reinterprets this spirit with a contemporary sensibility, revealing a sculptural bust drape, framing the shoulder asymmetrically — and flowing into a scooped back neckline, with a wrap closure, as the skirt fans out into a voluminous train. Crafted in luxurious Italian duchesse, the gown is offered in classic ivory and a custom ombré pink, the latter accentuating the artistry of the drapes through careful, intentional fabric placement.
