In the late 1980s, Vivienne introduced her timeless pearl concept with the debut of the signature Broken Pearl necklace during the Harris Tweed Fall 1987 fashion show. The design features a three-dimensional orb motif enhanced with crystal details and a distinctive "broken" silhouette, recalling the house's punk aesthetic.
