What should I do if I have received the incorrect item?

If you have received the incorrect item, please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Please contact our Customer Service team at your earliest convenience either by email at online@viviennewestwood.com or by telephone on +44 (0) 207 915 2461 (Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm). We will then arrange for your item to be collected or request that you return your incorrect order and keep a copy of your postage receipt in order for us to re-imburse the cost. We will then arrange for the correct item to be sent out to you on a priority service.

What shall I do if I wish to exchange an item?

If you would like to exchange your order for a different size, colour or style, please fill out the return form included in your order and return your items to us within 14 days of receiving your items, your exchange will be processed within 7 working days. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges on Earrings, Underwear and Perfume.

What items can I return?

We will exchange or refund any unworn items within 14 days of you receiving your delivery with the exception of earrings, underwear and perfume.

We would like to ask that you return all items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Shoe boxes must be protected and returned back to us in an undamaged state, damage to the box may deem the item non-refundable.

We cannot currently offer a free returns service, however we will ship any exchanged items free of charge. If you are returning your items due them being faulty or because we sent your order incorrectly, then we can reimburse you for the cost of the return or arrange a collection at our own cost.

How do I know if the product I am buying is genuine?

We are the official online store for Vivienne Westwood and therefore are part of the Vivienne Westwood Group. We guarantee that all items sold on our site are authentic Vivienne Westwood products.

We may not stock every item in the Vivienne Westwood collection, in this case you may wish to make a purchase through another online retailer. If you are at all unsure about whether the retailer you wish to purchase from is genuine, please contact our Customer Service team either by email at online@viviennewestwood.com or by telephone on +44 (0) 207 915 2461 (Our office hours are Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 6:00pm and Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm).

Is it possible to exchange my online purchase at my local Vivienne Westwood store?

Unfortunately, we are not currently able to accept online returns or exchanges at any other Vivienne Westwood stores. All online returns and exchanges must be returned to the online store, please visit our Delivery & Returns section for more information.

I loved one of the pieces you stocked last season; will you be getting it back in?

Most of our collections are seasonal and therefore only available for a six month period. With the exception of our Classic and continuative items, unfortunately we do not restock items from previous seasons.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, MasterCard Debit, Switch/Maestro, and Visa Delta payments.

What should I do if an item is missing from my delivery?

If an item is missing from your delivery, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible by emailing us at online@viviennewestwood.com or by calling us on +44 (0) 207 915 2461.

Please be aware that you may be required to provide photographic information to enable the team to investigate the matter further.

Which currency can I pay in?

Prices shown on the site are in GBP, EUR or USD dependant on your location and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable.

If your Credit/Debit card is not denominated in GBP, EUR or USD, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day that your card issuer processes your transaction.

How is the price of goods calculated?

We have a local pricing policy whereby the price is not determined by a straight conversion from GBP but follows the RRP set for retailers within your country. These are determined at the beginning of the season and are not affected by exchange rates.

Who pays tax on their purchases?

Products purchased within the European Union will be charged 20% VAT. The prices displayed online are inclusive of this tax.

We offer tax free shopping to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Channel Islands (please select Jersey or Guernsey at the checkout), Luxembourg, New Zealand, Norway, Switzerland and USA.   

Please note, when importing goods to the above countries, you may be liable to pay VAT and/or Import Tax directly to the shipping company or local tax authorities.

I have an online Credit Note where can I redeem it?

Credit Notes issued online can only be redeemed at www.viviennewestwood.com.

What size should I buy?

Vivienne Westwood sizes vary from label to label, we recommend checking the 'Size Guide' link which can be found on the product pages underneath the size selector. How will my Jewellery be packaged?

All of our Jewellery pieces will come packaged with a Vivienne Westwood pouch with a gift box and ribbon. Limited edition jewellery items may have alternative packaging which will be stated in the product details.
